Announcements:

MASON CARES - Saturday, September 11 from 1 to 7pm at the James M. Pelton Memorial Fire Station.  Please see Verla Ensign, Pastor Mark, or Colleen Briggs if you would like to join a team of volunteers from our church.  Donations of bottled water, pump hand sanitizer, batteries (AA Duracell), Lysol wipes, and cookies are needed.  A ceremony will begin at 7pm - for details please call the Mason Fire Department at 244-9025.

SENIOR BIBLE STUDY GROUP - Thursday, September 16 at 9am in the commons area - All seniors are invited to come and join us.
WOODCARVING - Will begin on Monday, September 13 from 6-8pm in the commons area.  New carvers welcome!

ECHO PROJECT:  We need you if you can bake, make goodies or man a booth at Mason's Down Home Days on September 18 from 8-4pm.  Sign up sheets are in your SS class, commons area and foyer.  Please contact Mary Redman at 694-7835 for more information.

ECHO PROJECT:  Winter Clothing Drive - We will be collecting new or gently used clean coats, hats, mittens, gloves, scarves, boots, snow pants, etc. this fall.  Please bring items and place them on the exchange table in the corridor between the worship center and the family life center.  Please watch the bulletin for further details.  Thank you!

JOY (Just Older Youth) Group Trip to Turkeyville - Saturday, October 9 - We will meet at the church at 8:45am - We will enjoy the flee market, shop the shops, ride the train and best of all, enjoy a turkey dinner.  Please see Karen Matney for more information.

FALL RETREAT AT CAMP LIVING WATERS - Friday, October 22 through Sunday, October 24 - Please see Milan or Margaret Maybee for more information - Flyers are on the table in the foyer outside the sanctuary.  Deadline for registration is September 26.

GLOBAL MISSION PRAYER REQUEST:  Pray for Rathnamma, a retired lab tech in India, who will be concentrating on the spiritual aspect of the children in the Beautiful Family (ECHO supports 2 children) & Project Compassion (we also contribute to these children).
